Longkou Zhongyu Thermotech Co., Ltd. was established on December 17^th, 2012. As a subsidiary of Zhongyu Group, the Company has been focusing on customized solution of thermal management system and the remanufacturing of series of electromagnetic fan clutches. The plant covers an area of 36,000 square meters. The designed production capacity of the first phase is to produce 100,000 sets of thermal management system products and remanufactured products annually, which will save 50 tons of metal per year, equivalent to 50 tons of quasi-coal, 125 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. Meanwhile, 240 new jobs will be provided.
 

        By integrating the frontier technology of European remanufacturing technology, the production process of remanufacturing platform integrates the whole process of clutch disassembly, cleaning, inspection and classification, remanufacturing and repair, processing, assembly, performance testing, spraying, packaging, etc. and covers remanufacturing product development, precision testing, warehousing and logistics.

      The company is committed to the development of China's circular economy, responding to the call of the country's proposed resource-saving and environment-friendly society, relying on the comprehensive marketing service network composed of Zhongyu Machinery's service centers across the country to recycle used machines and sell remanufactured products to provide users with remanufactured products that meet the new machine quality standards and service levels, in order to achieve the goal of Zhongyu Machinery to provide customers with life-cycle value-added services.
